FEES

Sylvia Child Care offers two kinds of Programs:

Full time programs, where children can be enrolled five days a week, and

Part time programs, where children attend only up to three days per week.

We are open Monday thru Friday from 6:30 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon.

We accept walk-ins with 48 hours of notification.

We are closed weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and also all the holidays according to the schedule provided to the Texas Department and Protective Services from Texas.

Our fees are set according to the days a parent would request service for their child.

The fees are paid in advance for the whole week, or the number of days needed.

The fees include a breakfast, lunch and snack.

We do not refund money when a child does not attend this center.

                                                          DOCUMENTS NEEDED

You will be asked to complete an enrollment package with the following information:

• Statement of Child’s Health
• Immunization Records
• Emergency Medical Authorization
• Name, address and phone number of the child’s physician
• Information on who to contact in case of emergency
• Names of persons who the child be released

After your initial paper work is complete, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes
